I've been cooking for 9 years in a verity of different kitchens on the west coast. Cooking in different kitchens throughout the years helped my acquire the skills and training to open Jamels. Jamels was founded in 2017 after my dear cousin Jamel passed away. I wanted to honor his name and do the very thing that made us close, cooking. We both loved to cook, and we promised each other that one day we were going to make people happy doing what we loved.
